Account Registration

Choose your username carefully — once created, it cannot be changed. Pick one that’s easy to remember and secure. The initial password provided is only temporary, so make sure to update it immediately after your first login to keep your account safe.

Data & Banking Information

You can link up to five different bank cards under your account, as long as the cardholder’s name remains the same. Once a cardholder’s name is verified and bound, no changes can be made. Always double-check your banking details before saving.

Account Security Guidelines

  1. Change Your Passwords Immediately: After registration, update your login password and create a strong fund password. Link your verified bank account for withdrawals and deposits only after setting these passwords.

  2. Keep Credentials Private: Never share your passwords or account details with anyone. 9APISO will never ask for this information. Regularly update your passwords and scan your device for malware or Trojan viruses to protect your account.

If you forget your password, contact our online customer service. You’ll be asked to verify your identity before resetting your password. For your safety, do not share personal or account details with anyone else.
